In honor of Charles Hamilton Houston, the Harvard Law School Black Alumni Network will be hosting a series of panels focused on systematic racism, social justice, and power in 2020 and beyond. The killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Tony McDade, and far too many Black lives to list, have left our nation anguished and outraged. Meanwhile, COVID-19 continues to ravage the Black community and has resulted in a death sentence for many who are already confronting the violence of mass incarceration. At this moment, many Harvard Law School Black Alumni are reimagining freedom and challenging systematic racism, including the criminal legal system. Please join us for our first discussion on Thursday, September 17th at 8pm EST!
